Instructions for publication fee payment

1. Access the registration page link:

Notice that payment is made directly to COPPETEC, a foundation linked to the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Due to Brazilian law, COPPETEC cannot receive payments in a currency other than BRL (Brazilian Real). For this reason, all values on the registration pages are in BRL, being daily updated in accordance with Banco do Brasil.

2. Send a copy of the publication fee payment confirmation to wodes2020@dee.ufrj.br, with the details (submission numbers, number of excess pages paid, extra banquet/visiting tour, extra paper uploaded) of the submissions associated with the registration.

3. After COPPETEC receives the payment confirmation (usually 24h after the payment), a payment receipt together together with the authorization for paper upload will be sent to the author who registered.

4. After having uploaded the final version of the paper, non Brazilian participants are encouraged to send to wodes2020@dee.ufrj.br a copy of the passport page with photo/signature. This will speed up the first entrance to the Military Institute of Engineering. Currently not applicable.

Publication fee

All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome and farewell receptions and the conference proceedings on a USB flash drive. Full registration includes the conference banquet. Registration packets will be available at the conference registration desk.

In order to cover credit card administration fees and Brazilian Government taxes, 10% will be added to all values above.
